Penny Laine: Creative Director. Penny won Best Portfolio at the University of North Texas, and her best work was yet to come. The Web, with its dynamic possibilities, became her main focus as far back as 1995. Both under the auspices of other companies, and solo as Penny Laine Design, she has delivered images for dozens of projects for clients from Seattle to Los Angeles to Sydney, Australia.

Gio Guillemette: Technical Director. Gio has been writing network-based software since before the Web even existed. His experience as a software developer and a program manager for a major Seattle-area software company (yes, that one) now forms the technical foundation for Metal Dog Studios. Even so, Gio speaks fluent “layperson,” so clients will never be left behind.
